Approve a Resolution

To join, the prospective member's governing body must adopt a resolution approving the Certificate of Formation, TPEA bylaws and an Interlocal Agreement.

Provide TPEA with Current Information

To ensure access to the best rates TPEA also needs:

• An executed Letter of Authorization (this is a link to an e-signature doc)
• A copy of your current electricity contract
• A copy of a recent invoice and/or a list of your ESI IDs
• A description of any planned facility additions or deletions
