TPEA was born out of Texas energy deregulation as a non-profit, political subdivision corporation designed to exceed our members' needs via the best energy expert partners in the industry. Our members know and trust our team with optimizing energy pricing while also protecting them from energy risks. We share a passion with our members for saving money and always work to achieve day one savings.

Deregulated energy was based on one core principle, competition.
Greater competition has been proven to lead to lower pricing and cost savings for public entities.
